Theola creates bespoke place identity for master-crafted development, Lilybrook.
Theola has created the place brand and full suite of associated marketing collateral for the exclusively curated Greenbank North development Lilybrook, a turnkey house and land investment opportunity.
The brief was to create an “ownable, engaging and inspiring place ecosystem” that reflected the “bespoke tailored approach” of the Lilybrook development, a premium forerunner in the rapidly emerging growth corridor of Logan.
The agency’s work for Lilybrook spans the entire identity system and includes strategy; naming; brand identity; place design; logo creation; custom typography; print and digital collateral; custom web build; a film series including teaser, overview and investor films; social media and launch materials.

Vibrant panoramic photography, beautiful vintage botanic illustrations and a contemporary typographic twist combine to deliver a place brand that is aspirational and desirable, yet compellingly within reach.
The design system is incredibly flexible. The floral shapes and landscapes move and scale on a grid with flow and grace. The design reflects how Lilybrook “transforms real estate from a static asset into a bespoke turnkey investment opportunity”.
